On April 16th and 17th, Chen Feiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nantou Town, and Zhou Jintian, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Nantou Town, led separate delegations to the site of the 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou. They visited and conducted research on local enterprises participating in the fair, gaining an in-depth understanding of their exhibition participation, product promotion, market对接, and other situations. This aims to help enterprises seize foreign trade opportunities and expand overseas markets, and fully promote the steady progress and high-quality development of the town's foreign trade economy. Zhang Junbiao, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Nantou Town, participated in the visit.
As a 'barometer' of China's foreign trade, this session of the Canton Fair has become an important platform for Nantou enterprises to showcase their strength and connect with global clients. A total of 36 companies from the town actively participated, setting up 124 booths covering a total exhibition area of 1,116 square meters. The scale of participation has steadily increased, and the enterprise structure has become more optimized. Among them, 30 general booths were set up by 30 general enterprises, covering an area of 576 square meters; 60 brand booths were set up by 13 brand enterprises, covering an area of 540 square meters. The proportion of brand enterprises continues to rise, reflecting the continuous enhancement of the comprehensive competitiveness of our town's foreign trade enterprises.
On April 16th, Zhou Jintian and his delegation visited the booths of several enterprises in sequence, including Zhongshan Yalesi Electrical Appliances Industry Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Caterno Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Obear Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Yuehai Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Xinsunxiang Electrical Appliances Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Ousheng Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Ailipu Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Baige Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. They carefully examined the exhibition products, inquired in detail about the order negotiation situation and the progress of customer, deeply understood the difficulties and needs encountered by the enterprises during the exhibition, and gave full recognition to the exhibition achievements made by the enterprises.
